Abstract
ObjectiveTo Evaluation of the efifcacy and safety of laser, intense pulsed light and injection in the treatment of infantile hemangioma under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound technology.MethodsFrom February 2014 to February 2015 in outpatients with a total of 113 cases of hemangioma in children, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group A: conventional color Doppler ultrasound examination, according to the depth of rash is divided into the following several groups: A-1 group (21 cases) depth is less than 1.2mm, the selection of strong pulse light treatment group (A-2; 28 cases): depth of 1.2-3mm, select the 1 064 nmNd:YAG long pulse laser pulse therapy; group A-3 (30 cases): the depth of 3-5mm, the selection of strong pulse 1 064 nmNd:YAG long pulse laser light treatment combined with single pulse, the above three groups treatment interval of 3-4 weeks, continuous treatment of 3-5 times (group A-4; 6 cases): depth more than 5mm, choice of lauromacrogol injection therapy, 2 weeks treatment interval, injection of two times for a course of treatment, three months to six months follow-up. Treatment of B group (28 cases): Treatment with long pulse width 1 064 nmNd:YAG laser of single pulse. The efifcacy and adverse reactions of the three groups after two months of treatment were compared.Results Total of 113 patients were enrolled in this study, a total of 128 cases of skin rash. The effective rate of A group was 89.6%, the effective rate of treatment group was 78.1%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment of A group was lower than that in B group.Conclusion The efifcacy and safety of pulsed light and injection in the treatment of cutaneous hemangioma with the use of laser, intense pulsed light and injection in color Doppler ultrasound are superior to those of experience in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.关键词
