Abstract
Objective The study of the treatment of vitiligo by Tacalcitol ointment and Narrow-band ultraviolet.Methods 60 vitiligo patients were randomly selected in our hospital from April 2013 to January 2015. They were divided into study group and control group by depending on the clinical treatment. 30 cases in the control group of patients were treated by narrow-spectrum ultraviolet,and 30 cases of study group patients were treated by tacalcitol ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet. Clinical efifcacy of two groups were compared after four courses of treatment (Two groups of patients were irradiated with ultraviolet light 10 times as a course).Results 30 cases of study group patients after four courses of treatment efifcacy was assessed after clinical cure, effective,effective and ineffective patients were 13 cases, 10 cases, 6 cases and 1 case, clinical total effective rate was 96.67%, higher than 73.33% (The cured,effective, effective and ineffective patients were 5 cases, 8, 9 and 8 ) of the control group clinical total efifciency, signiifcantly between the two groups was statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05). They were no complication being appeared on the two groups of patients during and after treatment and therapy.Conclusion The treatment of vitiligo by tacalcitol ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet was signiifcant effect, safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.关键词
