Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of micro-needle therapy in the treatment of refractory melasma. Methods 39 patients with refractory melasma, by the use of micro-needle therapy, the use of VISIA image analysis system and photos(before and after the treatment) to compare the effect.Results 39 refractory melasma patients with micro-needle therapy 6 times, before and after treatment will take photos and MASI scores to compare, and analysis data were statistically analyzed, all patients were improved in different degrees, 11 cases (28.21%) reached more than 75.00% improvement, 16 cases (41.03%) reached more than 50.00% improvement, the general improvement was 51.65%. No patient had severe complications such as pigmentation and hypopigmentation. 39 patients with varying improvement of pore and skin texture.Conclusion Micro-needle therapy is effective, and provides a new method for the treatment of refractory melasma.关键词
