摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo decrease waiting time of return visit patients in cosmetology department with the application of quality control circle.Methods Our department formed quality control circle group with "decreasing waiting time of return visit patients in cosmetology department" as our subject from June in 2015, made out strategies and carried out through on-site investigation and cause-effect analysis.Results The waiting time of return visit patients in cosmetology department decreased from 60 minutes to 30 minutes in average and their satisfaction degree improved obviously.Conclusion Quality control circle can decrease waiting time and improve satisfaction degree of return visit patients in cosmetology department.关键词
