颞下颌关节CT影像测量与解剖测量的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of CT imaging measurement and anatomical measurement of temporomandibular joint
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation of CT imaging measurement and anatomical measurement of temporomandibular joint.Methods:10 male cadavers with complete skull were selected,and they were given the temporomandibular joint measurements.The experimental group was given CT measurement.The control group was given the conventional measurement. We compared the relevant parameters.Results:The differences in articular disc thickness,internal and external diameter of the joint fossa,horizontal inclination angle of the condylar articular surface,smallest area of the condylar neck and largest area of the condylar head between the two methods were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they showed linear correlation(P<0.01). Conclusion:CT imaging measurement for the temporomandibular joint had the same accuracy with routine measurement,and it had a linear relationship with the conventional measuring method.关键词
