Research progress of application of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia in nasal drops
摘要
Abstract
Dexmedetomidine is a medetomidine the d-isomer.At present the nasal drops in clinical practice is mainly used for anesthesia,anesthesia adjuvant drugs.By intranasal administration can reduce the patient or anesthesia after glands of the respiratory tract.At the same time of nasal mucosa of patients with no stimulation,does not inhibit the respiratory center.Patients tolerated better,with sedative effect.It can reduce operation and anesthesia induced by sympathetic nerve reflex,and stabilize hemodynamics.关键词
