我院中成药处方点评后干预措施对合理用药的作用OA
The effect of intervention measures after comment for prescription of Chinese patent medicine on rational drug use in our hospital
目的：探讨中成药点评制度在药物合理使用中的促进作用。方法：随机抽取本院2014年和2015年中成药处方各3600张，根据相关资料对处方进行点评。结果：2015年组中成药点评不合格率8.11%，显著低于2014的12.53%(P＜0.05)。结论：中成药处方点评制度及干预措施有利于提高处方质量，降低不合理使用，从而降低医疗风险。
Objective:To explore the role of comment for prescription of Chinese patent medicine in the rational use of drugs.
