我院中成药处方点评后干预措施对合理用药的作用
The effect of intervention measures after comment for prescription of Chinese patent medicine on rational drug use in our hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of comment for prescription of Chinese patent medicine in the rational use of drugs. Methods:3 600 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine in 2014 and 3 600 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine in 2015 in our hospital were selected randomly.According to the relevant information,we reviewed the prescriptions.Results:In 2015,the failure rate of comment for prescription of Chinese patent medicine was 8.11%,which was significantly lower than 12.53% in 2014 (P<0.05).Conclusion:The comment for prescription of Chinese patent medicine and intervention measures were beneficial to improve the quality of prescription,reduce the unreasonable use and thus reduce the medical risk.关键词
