输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的实践研究
The practice of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:86 patients with ureteral calculi were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy,and the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Results:The operation time and the stone expulsion time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the complications incidence of the patients of the observe groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi is more ideal.关键词
