静脉注射人免疫球蛋白治疗新生儿ABO溶血症的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the effect of the treatment of ABO hemolytic disease of newborn with human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection.Methods:50 children with ABO hemolytic disease were selected.The clinical treatment methods and results were analyzed.Results: ABO hemolytic disease mainly for jaundice,anemia,shortness of breath,rapid heartbeat and other is due in maternal fetal blood group incompatibility caused by syndrome.After treatment,a total of 48 cases were effective,and the total efficiency was 96%.2 cases of children were with serious illness,short-term void,after prolonged treatment time returned to normal.Conclusion:ABO hemolytic disease has adverse effect on the healthy development of the newborn.Paying attention to the change of the patient's condition and timely treatment can be restored to health.关键词
