Comprehensive analysis of percutaneous low temperature plasma combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous low temperature plasma combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:50 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with percutaneous low temperature plasma combined with ozone ablation,the lumbago VAS,ODI scores before treatment,after treatment for 24 h,1 week,1 month and 6 months were compared.Results:The ODI and VAS scores after treatment for 24 h,1 week,1 month and 6 months were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate was 74%.Conclusion:Percutaneous low temperature plasma combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation had better clinical curative effect and improved the pain of patients significantly.关键词
