摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for transurethral resection of prostate. Methods:90 patients with transurethral resection of prostate were selected.They were divided into two groups.38 cases of epidural anesthesia were set up as the control group.52 cases of combined spinal epidural anesthesia were set as the observation group.The time of onset of anesthesia,anesthesia effect and complications were compared between groups.Results:The time of onset of anesthesia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;the effect was better than the control group;the total complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined spinal epidural anesthesia in transurethral resection of the prostate is safe and effective.It can shorten the time of onset of anesthesia and improve the effect of anesthesia.关键词
