Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian benign tumor. Methods:118 patients with ovarian benign tumor were selected.The control group with 58 cases were given traditional open surgery treatment.The observation group with 60 cases were given laparoscopic surgery treatment.The intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and postoperative complications of two groups were observed.The treatment effects were compared in 3 months after surgery.Results:The operation time, intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and postoperative complication incidence rate of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(95.00%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 79.31% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of ovarian benign tumor,the laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of short operation time,simple operation,small blood loss,rapid recovery, low complication incidence rate.Its clinical curative effect is more remarkable.关键词
