Clinical application of double balloon to promote cervical ripening in late pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of double balloon to promote cervical ripening in late pregnancy.Methods:18 term hospitalization,single fetus,cephalic pregnant women were selected,and they were given double balloon cervical ripening.Results:Double balloon after cervical ripening in 18 cases,17 cases in the spontaneous vaginal delivery,1 case with fetal distress for cesarean delivery.Conclusion:Double balloon cervical ripening in late pregnancy induced labor is a simple safe and reliable method with high success rate.关键词
