Abstract
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of pralidoxime chloride combined with sequential digestive tract purification in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:80 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.All patients were given routine clinical therapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with pralidoxime chloride injection by intramuscular injection, and the study group was treated with pralidoxime chloride combined with sequential digestive tract purification.We observed and compared the clinical effects and the incidence of infection of the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of dyspnea,abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting and coma incidence of study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The infection rate of digestive tract infection,respiratory tract infection,intracranial infection and urinary tract infection rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of pralidoxime chloride combined with sequential digestive tract purification in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is obvious,and the safety is high.关键词
