胃食管反流病误诊13例分析
Analysis of 13 cases of misdiagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:13 patients with reflux of esophageal disease before treatment was misdiagnosed were selected,after careful inquiry condition and related inspection, which 10 cases in patients with suspected for gastro esophageal reflux disease,treated with proton pump inhibitors omeprazole enteric coated capsules in the treatment,3 cases of in patients with suspected for bile reverse flow of esophageal and gastric disease given ursodeoxycholic acid treatment.Results:13 cases of patients were diagnosed with obvious curative effect.Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can be avoided or reduced by the diagnosis and treatment of this group of patients.关键词
