Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical application value of 1.5 T diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of acute spinal cord injury.Methods:50 patients with acute spinal cord injury were selected.The cervical lesions and the relative normal distance between the around 2 vertebral distance of patients were detected by MRI.Results:The cervical cord routine MRI had no abnormal signal in 26 cases;the ADC value reduction of the corresponding C5~6 and C5 level in 26 patients were significantly lower than that of the control level(P<0.05).MRI and DWI had abnormal signal in 24 cases;the ADC value of injury site was significantly decreased than that of the normal part(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.5 T diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of acute spinal cord injury has a high clinical application value.关键词
