社区单纯性肥胖症儿童血清Nesfatin-1含量变化情况观察
Observation of serum Nesfatin-1 level change condition of community simple obesity children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the serum Nesfatin-1 level change condition of community simple obesity children.Methods:75 cases of simple obesity children were as the observation group.75 cases of normal children were as control group.The fasting serum nesfatin-1 levels were detected between two groups,and the BMI and blood lipid of children were inspected.The correlation between serum nesfatin-1 and BMI was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the BMI index of the observation group was high;the LDL index was high;the HDL index was low(P<0.05).The serum nesfatin-1 and BMI had no significant correlation in the control group.The serum nesfatin-1 and BMI was negatively correlated in the observation group.Conclusion:The serum Nesfatin-1 level can be used as an index to assess the occurrence of the disease in the prediction of simple obesity children.关键词
