胆囊结石与胆源性胰腺炎的相关性分析
Analysis of the relationship between gallstone and biliary pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship between gallstone and biliary pancreatitis.Methods:100 patients with pancreatitis were selected as the pancreatic group,while 100 cases of patients with gallbladder stone without history of pancreatitis were selected as the calculus group.The relationship between the size and amount of gallbladder stones and the pancreatitis were compared between groups.Results:The diameter of the gallbladder stones and the incidence of biliary pancreatitis were inversely proportional.The number of gallbladder stones were positively proportional to the incidence of biliary pancreatitis.Conclusion:The number,type and size of gallstones in patients with gallstone have a significant relationship with the incidence of biliary pancreatitis.The smaller the diameter of the stones,the higher the risk of pancreatitis.关键词
