Prevention and nursing care of patients with stress ulcer after fracture operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss prevention and nursing care of patients with stress ulcer after fracture operation.Methods:56 patients with stress ulcer after fracture operation were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 28 cases.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was based on conventional nursing given the quality of nursing care.The effect of the two groups with nursing was observed.Results:After nursing intervention,patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group in daily activity ability score,length of stay and satisfaction with care(P<0.05). Conclusion:The quality of nursing intervention on patients with stress ulcer after fracture surgery is based on conventional nursing, and the effect is significant.关键词
