Effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with cirrhosis complicated with up-per gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:34 patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 17 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the treatment group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications,hemostasis and hospitaliza-tion time of the control group were higher than those of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systemic nursing intervention can improve the treatment efficiency of patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,shorten the hospi-tal stay and reduce the treatment complications.关键词
