摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the risk factors of stroke in the healthy physical examination population,and to provide effective basis for the prevention and treatment of stroke.Methods:We used the method of questionnaire investigation,and collected 356 cases of healthy people's data who were examined.According to the questionnaire,we assessed the risk of stroke in the physical examination population through the results of the examination and the risk score.Results:Male stroke risk was significantly higher than that of the female(P<0.05);age≥80 years old stroke risk was significantly higher than that in other age groups(P<0.05);body mass index≥26 kg/m2 with stroke risk was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The risk of stroke in gradeⅢ hypertension was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinicians should identify the risk factors and take effective measures to reduce the risk of stroke according to the characteristics of physical examination population.关键词
