Effect of rehabilitation comprehensive treatment on shoulder pain after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:104 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given targeted comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.Results:The pain score,upper limb motor function and other indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with shoulder pain after stroke,the implementation of targeted comprehensive rehabilitation therapy based on the conventional treatment has good effect.关键词
