Abstract
Objective:To explore the examination of children's vaccination certificate of nanjie community health service center of ganzhou district from 2011 to 2015.Methods:New school children were selected.We analyzed the relevant information about examination of children's vaccination certificate.Results:The inspection rate of children's vaccination certificate was increased year by year.The number of newly enrolled children from 2011 to 2015 was 6 450.The full coverage of the inspection work was 100%,and the average inspection rate was 98.472%.The average annual repair rate was 99.48%.The vaccine revaccination rates were increased year by year.Conclusion:The implementation of the inspection work for children's vaccination certificate in our center was good.It had achieved remarkable results.关键词
