城市社区及敬老院老年痴呆症危险因素研究
Study on the risk factors of alzheimer's disease in city community and home for the elderly
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of alzheimer's disease in city community and home for the elderly.Methods:We randomly selected 652 cases older than 60 from homes for the elderly.First use the MMSE scale screening,screening abnormalities were further diagnosed and divided,for the dementia group and the normal group of the indicators of the elderly to multi factor Logistic regression analysis.Results:Cognitive abnormalities in 146 people,community source 442,210 homes for the elderly;divorced or widowed,smoking,self health care were the influencing factors of senile dementia in community;homes for the elderly to carry out all kinds of activities,self health care,age,watching TV were the influence factors of nursing home elderly dementia.Conclusion:For urban community and nursing homes for the elderly,happy marriage,don't smoke,more self health care,to take part in the activities of the community organizations or watch TV can help to prevent Alzheimer's disease.关键词
