脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复治疗效果观察
Treatment effect observation of early rehabilitation on the patients with hemiplegic stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of early rehabilitation on the patients with hemiplegic stroke.Methods:100 patients with hemiplegic stroke were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine clinical nursing intervention.The observation group was given early rehabilitation treat-ment intervention on this basis.The comprehensive rehabilitation effect,neurological impairment score(NIHSS) and living activity ability score(Barthel) improvement situation of two groups were observed.Results:The comprehensive rehabilitation effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score reduction degree of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel score elevation degree was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with hemiplegic stroke,the early rehabili-tation treatment can significantly improve the comprehensive rehabilitation effect of patients,improve the neurological impairment and living activity ability.关键词
