摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the population pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics and Monte Carlo simulation garenoxacin optimal dose.Methods:The patients were given garenoxacin 400 mg,1 time one day,for 10 days,the clinical curative effect was evaluated.Results:92.4%(61/66) achieved the target value of fAUC0-24/MIC ratio more 30 hours,the clinical effective rate was 91.8% (56/61).Conclusion:For the patients with respiratory tract infection,the garenoxacin ideal dose is 400 mg for 1 time one day.关键词
