全脑放疗后联合伽马刀补量治疗脑多发转移瘤的临床研究
Clinical study on whole brain radiotherapy combined with gamma knife in the treatment of multiple brain metastases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect,radiation reaction and safety of whole brain radiotherapy combined with gamma knife in the treatment of multiple brain metastases.Methods:42 patients with multiple brain metastases were selected.They were given whole brain radiotherapy and gamma knife radiotherapy after 1 week.The curative effect,radiation reaction and safety of patients were analyzed.Results:42 patients completed the radiotherapy plan for 1 time,and the enhanced MRI was rechecked to evaluate the curative effect in 2 months after radiotherapy.The complete remission rate was 76.2%;the effective rate was 92.9%.1 year local control rate was 80.9%;6 months,1 year and 2 years overall survival rates were respectively 88.1%,57.1% and 21.4%.In addition to 1 case of radiation cerebral necrosis,the rest of the patients did not occur 3 or more severe radiation injury.Conclusion:The recent curative effect of whole brain radiotherapy combined with gamma knife in the treatment of multiple brain metastases is good,and the radiation toxicity reaction can be tolerated.It is an effective and safe method for the treatment of multiple brain metastases.关键词
