闭合性脾损伤非手术治疗69例临床观察
Clinical observation of the non operative treatment of closed splenic injury in 69 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of non operative treatment of closed splenic injury.Methods:69 patients with closed splenic injury were selected.The patients were given non operative treatment.The clinical effect was analyzed.Results:1 to 4 weeks after the injury,the hematoma did not expand in 18 cases,the hematoma was reduced in 51 cases.Followed up for more than 3 months,69 patients with splenic rupture were completely healed,4 patients were transfered to operation and cured,no 1 patient was died.Conclusion:Using non operative treatment in closed splenic injury is safe and effective.However,we must strictly grasp the related indications,while closely monitor the condition changes,if the patients have bleeding or hemodynamic instability that should be timely given operation treatment.关键词
