摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of atomizing inhalation combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough after infection in children.Methods:105 children patients with cough after infection were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group with 47 cases and the study group with 58 cases.The control group was given montelukast treatment.The study group was given atomizing inhalation combined with montelukast treatment.The upper and lower respiratory tract infections times,symptoms and signs disappeared.Lung function indicators were observed in two groups.Results:The upper and lower respiratory tract infections time of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The asthma,wheezing rale,cough disappeared time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1,FEV1%,FVC% lung function indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atomizing inhalation combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough after infection in children can effectively reduce upper and lower respiratory tract infections time,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and signs,optimize the pulmonary function indexes.关键词
