摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of lipoic acid and cobamamide in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:90 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 45 cases in each.The control group was given adenosine treatment.The experimental group was given lipoic acid treatment.The effects of two groups were analyzed.Results:The curative effect,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a significant effect.It can improve the disease,accelerate the recovery of injured neurons,enhance the curative effect.关键词
