摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of puerarin combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:81 patients with DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group with 41 cases and the control group with 40 cases.The treatment group was given puerarin injection combined with epalrestat treatment.The control group was given epalrestat treatment.They were treated for 2 weeks.The treatment effects,nerve conduction velocity changes and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Puerarin combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have significant curative effect.关键词
