摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of reverse island flap pedicled with dorsal fascia of finger in the repair of skin defect of middle and distal finger.Methods:36 patients with skin defect of middle and distal finger were selected.They were treated by reverse island flap pedicled with dorsal fascia of finger.16 cases were given direct suture.20 cases were given the thick skin graft. Results:After operation,36 flaps survived completely,follow up from 4 to 15 months.The texture and appearance of the flap were good,and the donor site recovery was good.The recovery of active activity of injured finger joints was excellent.Conclusion:The effect of reverse island flap pedicled with dorsal fascia of finger in the repair of skin defect of middle and distal finger was significant.关键词
