腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的体会
Experience of laparoscope and choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder in the treatment of patients with gall-bladder stones
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallbladder stone.Methods:90 pa-tients with gallbladder stones were selected.45 patients in the control group were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while 45 patients in the research group were treated by laparoscope and choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder.The final out-come after surgery was evaluated.Results:Postoperative complications occurred in 2 patients(4.4%)in the study group,compared with the control group of 20.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscope and choledocho-scope for preservation of gallbladder in the treatment of patients with gallbladder stones can prevent complications,shorten the re-covery time.关键词
