急性等容血液稀释联合控制性降压在脊柱外科手术中的应用观察
Clinical observation of acute nomovolemic hemodilution combined with controlled hypotension in spinal surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acute nomovolemic hemodilution(ANH) combined with controlled hypotension(CH) in spinal surgery.Methods:20 patients with spinal surgery were selected.They were treated with ANH and CH. We observed the therapeutic effect.Results:After blood sampling,MAP,FIB,Hb,Ph and HCT were all reduced.After CH,only the MAP level was reduced.Compared with the previous cases,the amount of bleeding and blood transfusion were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acute nomovolemic hemodilution combined with controlled hypotension in spinal surgery was significant.关键词
