经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床体会
Clinical experience of transurethral plasma prostate resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of transurethral plasma prostate resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time and bleeding volume were observed.The changes of international prostate symptom IPSS score,quality of life QOL score and the urinary dynamics determination maximum urinary flow rate Q-max were compared between the patients before and after operation.Results:65 patients were successfully completed operation.The intraoperative blood loss was less.On 3 months after operation,the IPSS,QOL, Q-max and other indicators of patients had significant improvement.Conclusion:The transurethral plasma prostate resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has significant effect.关键词
