Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebral bone graft in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:156 patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated with inter-nal fixation were selected.We compared and analyzed the clinical effect of 3 different methods in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Results:Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebral bone graft in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures,the bleeding volume,length of stay,postoperative pain and postoperative vertebral height and correction loss were significantly better than the traditional open surgery,the statistics showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebral bone graft in treatment of thoracolumbar frac-tures with less bleeding,shorter hospital stay, light postoperative pain,the small loss of postoperative vertebral height and correc-tion,low complications of internal fixation failure,and can effectively retain the advantages of motion segment.关键词
