摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of inverse method tumor enucleation in transurethral bladder tumor resection in the treatment of bladder tumor.Methods:92 patients with bladder tumor were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each.The control group was given conventional transurethral bladder tumor vaporization resection. The observation group was given inverse method tumor enucleation in transurethral bladder tumor vaporization resection.The operation results of two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood doss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions and postoperative recurrence rate in the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The inverse method tumor enucleation in transurethral bladder tumor resection in the treatment of bladder tumor has a significant effect,less intraoperative blood doss,and high safety.关键词
