Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of free traction PFNA fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods:46 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.All patients were given PFNA fixation treatment.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:Surgical incision healing was good in all patients.The total excellent and good rate was 93.49%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of free traction PFNA fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly was significant.关键词
