Efficacy of compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema in 53 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:105 patients with chronic eczema were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 53 cases and the control group with 52 cases.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea ointment.The treatment group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results:In the treatment group,the cure rate and effective rate were significantly higher than the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema was significant,and adverse reactions were less.关键词
