Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of damage control in the application of clinical emergency treatment of lower extremity trauma in department of orthopedics.Methods:92 patients with lower extremity trauma in department of orthopedics were selected. They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The comparison group was treated with routine treatment.The research group was treated with the concept of damage control.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the research group was 95.66% which was higher than that of the comparison group of 73.91%;the length of stay was(30.2± 3.1)d shorter than the comparison group of(50.5±6.2)d;the research group was obviously better than the comparison group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical emergency treatment of lower limb trauma patients in department of orthopedics,the treatment of injury control concept has good therapeutic effect.关键词
