复方克林霉素搽剂加维胺酯乳膏治疗痤疮的疗效观察
Observation on the effect of compound clindamycin liniment combined with viaminate cream in the treatment of acne

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound clindamycin liniment combined with viaminate cream in the treatment of acne.Methods:70 patients with acne were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The observation group was treated with compound clindamycin liniment combined with viaminate cream,while the control group was treated with viaminate cream.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There were 27 cases with acne rating grade Ⅰ, and 6 cases with grade Ⅱ of patients in the observation group,while there were 15 cases with acne rating grade Ⅰ,and 11 cases with grade Ⅱ of patients in the control group,compared with the observation group.There were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment effect of compound clindamycin liniment combined with viaminate cream in the treatment of acne is more ideal.关键词
