Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given antibiotic therapy.On this basis,the observation group was given comprehensive treatment,including atomization and sputum discharge treatment,effective oxygen therapy,psychotherapy and so on.The improvement situation of PaO2,hematocrit,PaCO2,SpO2 of the two groups and the therapeutic effect were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 76%,which was lower than 94% of the observation group of,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement situation of PaO2,hematocrit,PaCO2,SpO2 of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who take antibiotics comprehensive treatment can improve the PaO2,hematocrit,PaCO2, SpO2,which changes significantly improved than before treatment,and it can improve the clinical treatment effect.关键词
