精密附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损的临床效果分析OA
Analysis of clinical effect of precision attachment denture in the repair of free-end dentition defect
目的：探讨精密附着体义齿用于游离端牙列缺损修复的临床效果。方法：收治游离端牙列缺损患者51例，随机分为对照组和观察组，观察组采用精密附着体义齿修复，对照组采用卡环固位义齿修复，比较两组治疗效果。结果：在观察组，患者前后、左右位移，总咬合力大小、龈沟液量、牙龈指数、出血指数、修复后不良问题明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：精密附着体义齿用于游离端牙列缺损修复的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of precision attachment denture in the repair of free-end dentition defect.
