Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in premature ovarian failure.Methods:82 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by taking the digital random method.The control group was given a single western medicine treatment.The observation group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment.The clinical treatment effects,sex hormone index improvement situations and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results:After treatment,the treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the sex hormone index improvement situation was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reaction was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in premature ovarian failure has obvious curative effect,and the adverse reaction is less.关键词
