甲状腺超声及甲状腺功能在老年甲状腺结节患者诊断中的价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of thyroid ultrasonography and thyroid function in elderly patients with thyroid nodules.Methods:35 elderly patients with thyroid nodules were selected.They were tested by thyroid ultrasonography and thyroid function.Results:The possibility of malignant nodules is high when TSH between 1.01~4.00 μIU/mL.The prevalence rate of malignant thyroid nodules did not increase with the increase of TSH level.There were significant differences between the two groups of patients with thyroid nodules in the form of irregular,low echo,micro calcification and type Ⅲ blood flow signal(P<0.05). Conclusion:Thyroid nodules in the elderly are mostly benign,which is easily occurred in women.Hyroid nodules with the form of irregular,low echo,micro calcification and type Ⅲ blood flow signal has higher possibility of malignant nodules.关键词
