Analysis of ultrasound diagnosis and misdiagnosis of postpartum placental remnants and partially implanted muscle layer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the ultrasound ultrasonographic characteristics of placental remnants and partially implanted muscle layer.Methods:The data of 32 patients with placental remnants and partially implanted muscle layer which confirmed by operation were selected.Combined with the previous literatures,the ultrasound ultrasonographic characteristics were analyzed. Results:According to the degree of placental villi invasion of uterine muscular layer,the placenta implantation was divided into adhesion placenta,placenta implantation and placenta percreta.In this group,32 patients were diagnosed by ultrasound,26 cases were diagnosed correctly;6 cases were misdiagnosed;the accuracy rate was 81.25% .Conclusion:Ultrasound has diagnostic and application value in the diagnosis and treatment process of placental remnants and implantation.关键词
