心理护理干预在院前急救患者中的应用
The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with pre-hospital care
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with pre-hospital care. Methods:160 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine pre hospital emergency care.The observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the decline range of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90%significantly higher than 68.75% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with pre-hospital care,and improve the nursing satisfaction.关键词
