The effect of diet nursing on 60 elderly patients with diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of diet nursing on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group added diet nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect between the two groups.Results:After nursing,in the observation group,the total effective rate,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of diet nursing on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus was significant.关键词
