眼科白内障患者护理中应用临床护理路径的价值研究
Study on the value of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with cataract in ophthalmology
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with cataract in ophthalmology.Methods:700 patients with cataract were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 350 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given clinical nursing pathway nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of two groups were observed.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospital cost and hospital day of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with cataract in ophthalmology has a good effect.Tt can carry out active nursing for patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction.关键词
