Clinical application comparison of delivery method without perineal protection and delivery method with peri-neal protection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of delivery method without perineal protection and delivery method with perineal protection.Methods:87 delivery women were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was given delivery method without perineal protection.The control group was given delivery method with perineal protection.We compared the outcome of childbirth and maternal condition.Results:In the experimental group,the rate of Ⅰ degree perineal laceration was higher than that in the control group;Ⅱ degree and Ⅲ degree laceration rate and the rate of perineal infection and edema were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The delivery method without perineal protection can reduce maternal injury and the rate of perineal injury.The effect is significant.关键词
